Based at 243 Avenue de Genève, Le Fayet, 74170 Saint-Gervais-les-Bains. Working in the valley since 2018. We look after around 70 apartments and chalets. Team: our own resident cleaning staff, two full time property managers, and Andrea Butler, the owner, who runs operations day to day. Repairs and maintenance are organised by our property managers and carried out by French registered tradesmen we know and trust. How we charge: a fixed monthly fee. We never take a percentage of your rental income. Services: CLEAN from €90 HT a month, MANAGED from €175 HT a month, HOSTED from €250 HT a month. Cleaning and linen are billed separately. Languages: English and French. Guests: HOSTED includes all guest communication, check in and check out, and a 24/7 emergency line. Questions owners ask. Who do you work for?
