Situated at the foot of the Bettex lift in St Gervais, this spacious 5th-floor duplex apartment offers easy access to the first gondola each morning. The 3-bedroom unit in Le Grand Panorama complex includes free parking, a pool, and self check-in. Ideal for families and small groups, it sleeps up to 8 with 4 single beds and 1 double bed (rearrangeable). It features an ensuite shower room, two separate WCs, and a full bathroom. The well-equipped kitchen ensures a comfortable self-catered holiday.

The space :

The construction of the new Valleen lift, which will connect Le Fayet to Saint Gervais, is progressing rapidly. While this fantastic development will enhance access to our beautiful area, please be aware that The Grand Panorama Complex is located right next to the construction site. As a result, you may experience some noise and dust during your stay.

Despite this, The Grand Panorama Complex remains an excellent base for your trip to Saint Gervais. To make your stay even more attractive, we have reduced the minimum nights stay and lowered our rates to reflect the ongoing works.

This 3-bed duplex apartment is located on the 5th floor (top floor) of the Grand Panorama Complex. Accessible by 2 lifts.

The apartment can sleep up to 8 people. There is a double bed (ensuite shower), a twin bedroom, which can convert to a double bed. A bunk room and a sofa bed in the lounge area. There is a main bathroom, and 2 separate toilets.

The kitchen area has all you will need for your self catered stay, and has basic condiments in the cupboard.

Guest access :

The entire apartment is at your disposal for the duration of your stay.

Other things to note :

Bedding is provided. Linen is not included, you are welcome to bring your own, or hire linen from us. (35€ per bed)

There is no wifi in the property, although there is free wifi throughout St Gervais and is available in most bars, restaurants and public spaces.
