About this space :

Discover the perfect alpine retreat in the heart of Saint-Gervais-les-Bains with this luxurious, two-bedroom apartment. Renovated to a high standard, this apartment effortlessly combines modern comfort with traditional charm. High ceilings and large windows in every room provide breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, immersing you in the beauty of the French Alps from the moment you arrive.
 

The space : 

This property has been very a very popular rental since 2019 however in May 2023 we started a new Airbnb page as the property changed management and the former company closed the previous page.
The property is accessed from the hallway using the original grand staircase, and is recessed on the left-hand side. There is also a small lift which can be used to reach the 2nd floor.
The master (Bedroom one) is large and spacious with a high ceiling and two large windows which allow the light to flood in and give magnificent views of the surrounding area. This room houses a luxurious Californian king-size sleigh bed ( California King 183 by 213cm – a longer head-to-toe bed than a super king) which provides the comfiest night’s sleep – just what you need after a long day on the slopes! There is a large double wardrobe with hangers and shelves and a chest of drawers allowing plenty of storage for clothing and accessories.
Bedroom one has en-suite access to the main full bathroom. This has been beautifully restored and renovated in keeping with the original design of the historic hotel days. A claw-foot full-size stand-alone bath with rainfall shower, and the original double sink, with mosaic tiled floor and large window, a great space to refresh each morning or relax at the end of the day. Inside the bathroom is the full-size washing machine and dryer (tastefully concealed in a cupboard.)
Across the hallway is bedroom 2. Another large bright and airy bedroom that has a sumptuous king-size bed, tasteful decor including silk framed wall prints, and a large antique wardrobe and chest of drawers. This room also has a large window which again gives fantastic views of the mountains and allows the light to permeate and give a light and airy feeling to the room.
Lounge Area/kitchen area – This is a chic, comfortable, spacious, and idyllic place to relax, and share time with your group. The high ceilings and three french doors make this space light and comfortable.
There are balconies off the bathroom, living room, kitchen and bedroom 2, which are lovely to use in the summer months.

Guest access :

All areas of the apartment are available to access.

Other things to note :

The central location provides easy access to the bars, restaurants, and ski lifts of St Gervais. The free ski bus is outside the building, and the closest lift is a 2-minute drive (with a huge free car park), or a 5-minute walk. The ski bus stops opposite the building and enables you to visit all ski locations in the area
